* The building was a commercial warehouse for the Sivrioglu brothers, textile and colonial merchants. The site plate is in French and Greek. In 1868. in Varna registered the First joint-stock company "Rumeli", with branches in Ruse, Burgas and Balchik. The board of directors of the company included Yanaki Buyuklioglu, Konstantin Buyuklioglu, Halil Efendi and the Sivrioglu brothers.
