Designed for a residential and commercial building of Rusi Eksserov. There is a project from 1930 for reconstruction and modernisazion of shop windows in the ground floor by arch. Evgeni Dyakovich. Rebuilt in 1933 as a residential and commercial building of Georges Bayer, designed by arch. Manol Yordanov.
